Monette is the founder and president of TeamAsia. Monette concurrently serves as Chairperson of the Women’s Business Council of the Philippines; Chairman of Hopkins International Partners, Inc.; President of the Government Academe Industry Network; and Vice President for Conventions of the Philippine Association of Convention / Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers.
Monette served on the Tourism Promotions Boards as Director representing the Meeting, Incentives Travel, Conventions, and Exhibitions, and Events Services & Facilities Sector for three years. She regularly delivers workshops on event management, CSR, communications, handling difficult people, and more. She is one of the founders and regular lecturer of the Philippine MICE Academy, as well as, of the League of Corporate Foundations CSR Institute. She completed her AB in Psychology at College of the Holy Spirit, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and her MBM with Distinction at Asian Institute of Management.
She received the Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs Award 2018 by the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN) and the Philippines Women Leadership Awards 2018. She was also chosen as one of 2014 Ten Outstanding Alumnae of the College of the Holy Spirit, and was a recipient of the IABC 2016 CEO Excel Awards.
Bea started her marketing career as TeamAsia’s Marketing Manager. Fuelled by her passion for storytelling, she decided to master her craft by continuing her education at Emerson College in Boston, MA. She finished her Masters in Integrated Marketing Communication and received the President’s Award, the highest level of academic achievement given by the institution. After graduation, Bea decided to lead TeamAsia as its Managing Director.
Bea has spearheaded some of TeamAsia’s biggest projects for clients including the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), Capital One, USAID, Pilipinas Shell, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. among others. Bea is also one of the key people who started My Dream in a Shoebox, an advocacy campaign by TeamAsia and the IBPAP, to provide shoeboxes filled with school supplies to less fortunate children all over the country.
She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Marketing Management at De La Salle University Manila as Cum Laude and was recognized as an Outstanding Marketing Student by the AGORA Youth Awards. Bea’s passion for big ideas and bringing them to life translates into exceptional IMC campaigns that leave stronger and meaningful connections with brands, clients, and partners.
Miakka entered the world of Image Consultancy in 2011. She went to the Academy of Image Mastery and was mentored by one of only 9 masters in the world, Christina One, AICI CIM. Following this, Miakka became the training manager for Louis Vuitton and Benefit Cosmetics where she spearheaded trainings about Grooming, Personal Branding, and Luxury Customer Service. In 2015, she received a service award by the Global Education Vice President of Benefit Cosmetics, an award given to individuals whose spirit, creativity, and resiliency inspired staff and regional colleagues. She remains the first and only person from South East Asia to receive it.
Miakka found herself in the world of sports as a courtside reporter for the Philippine Basketball Association as her first crack into the real world. She was chosen by ESPN Asia as the Philippines’ first representative in their coverage of the Asean Basketball League. Miakka continues to bring news as a sports analyst for CNN Philippines and ABS-CBN News Channel.
As a young certified image consultant, Miakka envisions to bridge the generation gap, inspire, and empower people at her helm to be the best version of themselves and make positive changes not only on themselves but around them as well.
Janette Toral is a multi-awarded e-commerce advocate and digital influencer. At her highest value, she provides independent insights. She is a Book Yourself Solid Certified Coach, Fascinate Certified Advisor, Certified ScrumMaster & Product Owner, Canva Certified Creative, and Global Leadership Assessment 360 Certified Practitioner. Janette is also an Independent Executive Director, Certified Coach, Speaker, Behavioral Analysis Consultant, Trainer, Youth Facilitator, Parenting & Family Coach with The John Maxwell Team. She is a Certified Executive Coach, a Certified TEAM Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, a Robbins-Madanes Trained Coach and part of the Empowered Living Teaching Team.
As a former technical consultant/executive director of the Congressional Oversight Committee for the E-Commerce Law, Janette worked on policy creation in consumer protection (value added services, e-commerce, e-banking), data privacy for the private sector, & e-payment in government. She helped the Department of Trade and Industry in crafting the Philippines E-Commerce Roadmap (2016-2020) released last February 2, 2016.
Janette is the founding president of Philippine Internet Commerce Society, where she worked on the passage of Y2K Law & E-Commerce Law. Retired in 2002. Former board member of Philippine Computer Emergency Response Team (PH-CERT), Internet & Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), Philippine Macintosh Users Group (PhilMUG).
Noel is the Founder, Proprietor, and Main Resource Person of Alpha 3 Crisis Management. Noel has more than 20 years of training & experience in the fields of Security, Safety, Disaster Preparedness, Emergency Response, Crisis Management, and Training.
Noel was conferred a Certified Security Professional (CSP) Title by the Philippine Society for Industrial Security in 2003. Prior to setting up Alpha 3 Crisis Management, Noel was the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Lead for Shell Business Operations, concurrent as the HSSE Adviser for Real Estate Operations of Shell Companies in the Philippines. He was the Safety Consultant for Shell Eco-Marathon Asia (SEMA) 2016, as well as the Safety Co-Manager for SEMA 2015 & 2014.
Aside from his proficiency in security and safety, Noel is a Certified Instructor in CPR and First Aid (Instructor # 380136) under Emergency First Response (www.emergencyfirstresponse.com), as well as a Certified Rescue Diver with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). He was certified as a Medical First Responder (Combat Lifesaver) by the Guam National Guard, and is an Instructor for various Military Skills such as Water Search And Rescue, Weaponry, Unarmed Combat, CPR and First Aid, etc. with the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
