Lhoree is an accomplished corporate trainer and facilitator, with 15 years of experience in marketing and operations management. She is known for her corporate training programs related to power selling, strategic accounts management, customer service, internal service excellence, customer relationship management, direct marketing, Work Attitude and Values Enhancement (WAVE), professional image enhancement, leadership excellence, and teambuilding.
Currently a full-time professor at the De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde School of Hotel Restaurant and Institution Management (DLS-CSB SHRIM), she teaches professional and major courses in hospitality management, hotel sales and marketing, events management, personality development, and front office operations. She has taught similar courses at the Southville Foreign University School of Hospitality Management.
Lhoree is the former director of sales and marketing of three hotel properties under the Hotel La Corona Group: Best Western Hotel La Corona Manila, Hotel La Corona de Lipa in Batangas, and La Corona de Pagsanjan Resort and Training Center in Laguna. She initiated the development and implementation of an efficient sales and marketing system and procedures, and played a key role in the ISO certification and compliance, the development of the Balance Scorecard Management System, and the pursuit of the Philippine Quality Award.
